Chicken Lettuce Cups

There is no need to reach for a chocolate bar or bag of chips to curb your hunger pangs. Try our tasty recipe for Chicken Lettuce cups to beat the afternoon food cravings. It’s easy, quick and healthy.

Time: 10 minutes 

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • 125g chicken, chopped and cooked
  • 1/2 apple, cored and diced
  • 6 grapes, cut in half
  • 1/2 cup yoghurt
  • 4 lettuce leaves


Method

Mix yoghurt, lemon juice, curry powder, chicken, apple and grapes. Spoon into lettuce leaves and serve.
