Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
- 125g chicken, chopped and cooked
- 1/2 apple, cored and diced
- 6 grapes, cut in half
- 1/2 cup yoghurt
- 4 lettuce leaves
Method
Mix yoghurt, lemon juice, curry powder, chicken, apple and grapes. Spoon into lettuce leaves and serve.
