You can also take advantage of seasonal prices and buy your melon when it’s cheap, chop it up and freeze it to use in desserts and smoothies at a later date.

Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen melon
- 1/2 cup plain yoghurt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla or lime juice (optional)
Method
Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender. Blend until just smooth. Can be enjoyed immediately or put into freezer to have later.
