Our Choc-Hazelnut Pastry Rolls not only look impressive, but they also look as if you’ve gone to much effort. But in reality they’re easy to make, with just four ingredients.

Time: 50 minutes, including chilling time
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Nutella or choc-hazelnut spread
- 40g icing sugar, plus extra for dusting
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
Method
Preheat the oven to 200°C. In a small bowl combine the Nutella and icing sugar. Cut the sheet of pastry into four squares and place the chocolate mixture into each pastry and roll up to enclose. Pinch the ends and brush lightly with the beaten egg. Bake for 15 minutes. Cool slightly and dust with icing sugar.
