A healthy and simple option for dessert, our Chocolate Apple Wedges are low in calories, full of nutrients and taste delicious. They also make a great mid-morning or afternoon snack.

Time: Five minutes
Ingredients
- 60g semi sweet chocolate, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup granola (or peanuts)
- 1 large apple, cut into wedges
Method
Place chocolate in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for one minute until chocolate melts. Place granola or peanuts in a shallow dish. Dip apple wedges in chocolate and then into the granola or nuts. Place wedges on a large plate. Refrigerate for five minutes until set.
