Ingredients
- 1/4 cup white flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons hot coffee
- 1/4 teaspoon mint extract
Method
In a microwavable mug, place the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, coconut oil, milk, egg, coffee and mint extract and blend together ensuring all the dry ingredients are mixed with wet ingredients. Place in microwave and bake on high for two and half minutes. Remove from microwave and let cool before enjoying.
