Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 stalk celery, diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely diced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 bunch flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper, to taste
Method
In a bowl, roughly mash chickpeas with a fork. Add the mayonnaise, celery, onion, garlic and parsley. Stir until well mixed. Season with salt and pepper, and serve.
