- 250g ricotta cheese
- 20g icing sugar
- 4 large-sized passionfruit, halved
Method
Scoop out the passionfruit pulp into a bowl and mix with the ricotta and icing sugar until combined. Scoop the mixture into the passionfruit shells and serve.
