Ingredients
- 5 slices prosciutto
- 2 bunches baby carrots, trimmed, peeled, stems scrubbed
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons honey
Method
Preheat oven to 200 °C. Cut prosciutto pieces in half crossways, then in half again lengthways. Wrap one piece of prosciutto around each carrot and place in a baking dish. Combine the water and honey in a small bowl and drizzle over the carrots. Bake for 30 minutes or until the carrots are tender.
