Our Quick Eton Mess is the kind of mess you want in your house to be able to clean up! In just five minutes with four ingredients, you’ll have yourself a delicious dessert for one.

Ingredients
- 2 ready-made meringues
- 5 strawberries, hulled
- 1 teaspoon caster sugar
- 60ml double cream
Method
Break the meringues into pieces and cut the strawberries into quarters. Put them in a bowl and add the sugar. Using the back of a spoon, squash the ingredients slightly until the strawberries start to become juicy. In a separate bowl, whip the cream with a whisk. Very gently mix everything together and spoon into a glass.
