Our Chicken and Apple Meatballs are a twist on the traditional kind, and make a stand-out finger food dish for your next house party.

Ingredients
- 1 apple, grated and juice squeezed out
- 400g chicken mince
- 1 tablespoon fresh sage, chopped
- egg
- 1/2 cup dried breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
Method
Pre heat oven to 210°C. In a bowl, mix the apple, mince, sage, egg, breadcrumbs and garlic together. Form into bite-sized balls. Place in a roasting dish and cook in oven for 15 minutes until browned and cooked through.
