Chocolate Crackles

Children’s birthday parties weren’t proper parties if Chocolate Crackles weren’t on the menu. But they don’t have to be just for the kids, why not put them on the table at your next fun party or make some with the grandkids?

Servings: 24

Ingredients

  • 250g Copha, chopped
  • 4 cups Kellogg’s Rice Bubbles
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 3 tablespoon cocoa

Method
In a large bowl, mix Kellogg’s Rice Bubbles, icing sugar, cocoa and coconut. Slowly melt the Copha in a saucepan over a low heat. Allow to cool slightly. Add to Kellogg’s Rice Bubbles mixture, stirring until well combined. Spoon mixture into paper patty cases and refrigerate until firm.

Yummy and so easy to make – enjoy!
