Ingredients
- 500g can chickpeas
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Method
In a food processor, puree chickpeas, garlic, tahini, juice and cumin, until mixed. Next, pour in the olive oil and process again until the mixture is creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Place in a serving bowl and garnish with parsley.
