Ingredients
Dry ingredients
- 3 tablespoons white flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Wet ingredients
- 1 tablespoon mashed banana
- 1 tablespoon applesauce
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Method
Preheat the oven to 160°C. Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl and then in a separate bowl mix the wet ingredients. Next, combine the wet with the dry and pour into an oiled muffin pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Cool before enjoying.
