Choice says if you are looking for a good vacuum for pet hair look for one that has a powered head and opt for a bagged, rather than bagless model.
Worst on the list was the Big W Contempo Compact Vacuum Cleaner, 1800W barrel vac which scored just 20 per cent for pet hair removal.
