Cadbury Dairy Milk will launch a mudcake-flavoured chocolate in supermarkets later this year, marrying two of Australia’s snack food favourites.
Online food critic russ.eats announced the news to his TikTok followers, adding that the “Woolies mudcake is an Australian icon” and that the chocolatier needs to be careful with such a sacred recipe.
A Cadbury spokesperson told news.com.au the news is real, and the mudcake chocolate is expected on shelves mid-year.
