Guide Dogs Australia has put a call out for participants in a major national survey to better understand the voice of people with low vision or blindness, their challenges, issues, as well as achievements.
The survey is open to all Australians with low vision or blindness over the age of 18 – whether a Guide Dogs Client or not and closes on Sunday 19 March.
Results from the survey will influence service delivery, support advocacy campaigns, and the ways Guide Dogs strives to shape policy and more. Results will be made available mid-year on the Guide Dogs Australia website.
In recognition of time taken to complete the survey, Guide Dogs Australia will offer 10 randomly selected participants a $200 Visa gift card.
If you are experiencing any issues completing the survey, you are encouraged to ask a trusted family member, friend or support worker for assistance. Accessibility tips and tricks for troubleshooting have also been provided.
You can also register to complete the survey over the phone, please call 1800 965 900.
