There’s been a recall issued for several items on sale at national retailer Dimmey’s, who operate stores in VIC, NSW, QLD, and SA.

Dimmey’s is conducting recalls for 11 items sold in their stores, ranging from sunglasses to Sonic the Hedgehog figurines. A number of items are being recalled due to improper labelling of button batteries, while the sunglasses are being recalled due to incorrect sun protection rating information.

The full list of items being recalled are:

      • Revell Reading Glasses with LED light (inadequately secured button battery)
      • Electro Dice with Light & Sound (inadequately secured button battery)
      • Clip Calculator (inadequately secured button battery)
      • Swirling Santa Glitter Lantern (inadequately secured button battery)
      • Revell Sunglasses (incorrect sun protection label)
      • Sunglasses by Blatt (incorrect sun protection label)
      • Sparkle Wings Swimming Circle (device not correctly labelled as toy)
      • Complete Balance Conditioner (presence of undeclared allergen)
      • COB Mini Key Chain Flashlight (inadequately secured button battery)
      • Lulu Beauty Style Adhesive Nail Set (presence of undeclared allergens)
      • Sonic the Hedgehog LED Figurine (inadequately secured button battery)

Dimmey’s advises anyone who has purchased these products to return them to their place of purchase for a full refund.
