Product Safety Australia (PSA) has issued an urgent recall for Casalux Solar LED Street lights, which have been exclusively on sale at Aldi stores across the country.
The lights are being recalled due to faulty batteries which can overheat while charging and pose a serious fire risk. PSA notes there have been some extreme incidences of these lights exploding and causing serious injury.
Anybody who has purchased these lights are advised not to use them and to return the product to any Aldi store for a full refund.
