What happens when you can’t see your food? Dribbles of course, maybe a poke in the eye with a fork, but does your taste and smell improve?
Well, you have a chance to find out with Dining in the Dark in Sydney. Two sessions will be held, one on April 17 and the second on May 16.
Dining in the Dark involves donning a blindfold for a meal for a giggle or two and at the same time enjoy an elevated dining experience. And spills, many, many spills. Leave your white shirts at home.
The three course meals will be a complete surprise so intrepid foodies will have to guess, and even a stab in the dark, to discover what they are eating.
Italian restaurant Capriccio Osteria will host the first session andEuropean-inspired Beast and Co, the second.
