Let us face the fact that there are instances wherein we are falling short of our goal to get 6 to 10 hours of sleep every night. In this case, sometimes we experience a lack of energy throughout the day, especially for people who have sleeping problems such as insomnia. Having said so, what I do to get really sleepy and eventually complete the required hours of sleeping is to take deep breaths while lying in bed.
