There are lots of instances wherein we can get out of our bad habits but most of the time, we fail to do so. This is due to the fact that we are choosing the things that we are used to doing than choosing what’s best for ourselves.
For example, instead of quitting smoking or alcoholism, you still choose to do it because there is no way out or there are no other hobbies that can divert your attention from those vices.
Now, I will ask you this question and just be honest with yourselves. What vices that you still have that you want to delete from your life?
