Are you a member of a super fund? Do you pay tax? Then the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) wants to hear from you.
The ATO is conducting a survey of super fund members’ experiences when dealing with the ATO. The purpose of the survey is the better understand the user experience and improve the ATO’s services for super fund members.
Anyone who is a member of a super fund regulated by the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) and also deals with the ATO is invited to participate.
The data will be kept anonymous, and the results only published in aggregate form, meaning no release of individual results. The ATO says the survey takes about 10 minutes to complete.
