I don’t disagree with overweight people being prescribed the drug, but I wholeheartedly agree the diabetics should be first in line to receive what is available. It is pretty much life threatening for them where not so much for overweight people. From what I hear a lot of the people aren’t even overweight, they just think they are – they should not even be able to get a prescription for it. I know my doctor’s surgery won’t prescribe it, but there must be others giving it out willy-nilly to whoever asks. There has to be a way to regulate it, as well as get more supply

Yes, I do. There is so much plastic around, I would never have even considered glitter. This is a good ban, and doesn’t ban glitter completely. As for the microbeads, I wonder how to dispose of them if you have any

Do they mean the bathmats that go on the floor? Mine gets washed with the towels, because they colour coordinate. If they mean the non slip mats in the bath or shower, then I totally agree – even when I wash mine it still looks gross. I think I need to take it outside and hit it with the pressure washer.

Flying Jetstar on a domestic route is a bit of a nightmare unless you absolutely don’t want to move. And don’t think about putting down your traytable unless you are very tiny. I’ll admit that I am definitely not tiny, but the leg room is even less than minimal I feel. Luckily it was a very short flight so I’d probably do it again, because the price was definitely right, and it was the only airline offering a direct flight.

Hell yes! And made to replant. The trees would have been there when they purchased, they might have been smaller, but trees are going to grow whether you like it or not.

We definitely need to find a punishment that works. From what I hear the kids are pretty much running rampant at school, showing no respect for teachers or students. I know not all students are like this, but enough that there is a lot of bullying happening even to teachers. Whatever measures they are using now is absolutely useless. Unless somebody can come up with something more effective than the cane (used properly, perhaps by only the headmaster) then the cane needs to be brought back. I was punished as school and don’t bear any trauma from it – people are getting too “politically correct” with their children’s upbringing. I know there will be LOTS of people who don’t agree with me, but this is just my opinion

Our dog, and our cats for that matter, all sleep with one of us. Not actually IN the bed, but on the bed. On my bed, for the nights he stays with me, he has his own pillow and blanket and mostly sleeps at the bottom of the bed. I actually find it quite comforting.

Thank you for that tip – it makes sense. And I do have some leftover sanitiser left. Think it’s out of date, but screens won’t care about that.

Yes, I totally agree with legalisation and then control. Apart from all the reasons already mentioned, there are those of us who would be very happy to be able to obtain legal cannabis for pain relief. I know it is available now via prescription if you can find a person doing that, and it is apparently quite expensive (only going on hearsay on that). They’ve been talking about it for so long, it’s time to think hard and actually do something

Absolutely, we don’t give them out tax money to waste on telling us how good they are. They should do that by example. It would be amazing to see this money going to our hospitals which are pretty much at crisis point.
