Des, you seem to have forgotten about the other things that can knock out the Telecommunications networks like the solar flares that happened a few weeks ago, luckily nothing happened this time, next time we might not be so lucky because if it does happen we will be sent back to the Stoneage in some respects.

First off Couldabe, not all medical things get you free treatment for your lifetime and I’m speaking from experience it’s all up to a board which things are covered. Second, the ADF needs to drop its education levels from having to have a degree to just having completed some years of high school, as it limits the number of people who can apply.

How bloody stupid are our pollies getting? We don’t need dog walkers anyone can do that as for yoga instructors why would we want more of them, martial arts instructors are another thing that’s not required seeing how many of their studios have closed down lately. The emigration minister needs to get his backside into gear and stop deporting these people who have been working for years, and paying taxes he/she needs to wake up and give these people a fair go.

Didn’t these places learn anything from the recent Queensland floods when a small tourist town was cutoff and all their electronic machines were unable to be used nobody could do any business, all these people that are pushing for a cashless society haven’t any brains because if something happens to wipeout the electronics around the world we would sent back to the dark ages, people rely to much on electronics.

It’s about time you people got all your so-called experts together and sort things out because like the one says daily yet a few months ago another one said once or twice a week, so come on get them together and let them fight it out then you can take the winners advice and drop the subject altogether.

It’s just another thing Woollies have removed without any thought of their customers they seem to do this even if the item is a best seller or not.

Jan if you watched the show “the Hundred” last night you would have seen that the same question was asked and were quite a few that have used their dishwasher for cooking different items such as fish, the thing is you don’t just chuck it in on the shelf you either wrap it securely or put it in a zip lock bag the just run the dishwasher through a cycle.

I’, sorry but once again you have got your facts wrong Halloween comes from a PAGAN celebration for the changing of the season from winter solstice to spring which was first practised by the Celts.

Until anybody that at present does odd jobs dies out there will always be a need for cash and of course if your not into phone tech where it can be hacked at any time. People are so stupid shifting all their cards onto their phones as they are so vulnerable to attack from somebody just walking past nthem on the street.

I actually turn my phone off at 6 every evening and come Friday when it goes off it doesn’t come on again til Monday morning, as for what David Ryder says about rebooting your hardware daily this isn’t a good idea for a computer or laptop as each time it is turned on the electrical spike does a small bit of damage of the IC’s witch in turn shortens the life of the equipment, just make your system software and antivirus are up to date.

I agree with Pat it’s not the dog it’s the owner because all dogs originate from the wolf, so they all have the ability.to become dangerous. Who is going be the one to decide which breeds are dangerous? I had a Chihuahua once and a Telstra Technician was afraid to come into the house until the dog was locked in another room and this was caused by another little dog at another house nipped him on the heel so going on your way of thinking Chihuahua should be classed as dangerous and be band.

Cosmo it is only the continental cucumbers that wrapped in plastic and it has nothing to do with the supermarkets, like what said in the article it is done by the suppliers to give them the extra protection, As a matter of fact it the same with all the other products the supplier is the one that does the packaging take meat for example it all comes from an outside supplier now that the two major supermarkets closed their butcher shop, now that’s the thing you should be complaining about because you don’t really know how long it has been packaged for, you can’t really believe the dates they put on the product.
