I believe the Gov. has overstepped the mark with this one. The bird is or was free to fly wherever it wanted to but now is in a cage. Give the bird back to those who have cared for it since it was a chick.
ronlobyParticipantA couple could be built in the middle of nowhere—that way no one would have to live near a reactor. We have plenty of room in central Australia so why not utilise it?
ronlobyParticipantRemember she was drunk, sick, and angry. Was the copper a bit too domineering? Anyway, she should just say SORRY to the copper, and all should be OK. 12 months to file a charge is a bit long. I think he was trying to stir things up a bit.
ronlobyParticipantWe should NOT be funding Private schools. With the cost of fees at private schools way up in the thousands per year they have enough funding. Public schools don’t get near enough funding from governments. It is about time to stop funding private schools and assist public schools with more money.
ronlobyParticipantThey can’t get a forecast right relying on the odd satellite. The forecasts were better when they had observers working across the country.

Pay for your lunch like all other employees do, unless you are out of town on business. They are living a high life while schools scramble for money. Fix the problem NOW.
ronlobyParticipantGod bless the King.
ronlobyParticipantA good idea. Many don’t seem to know how to park a vehicle correctly anyway.
ronlobyParticipantThere should be NO food or crops that are GM-made or grown in Australia or New Zealand.
ronlobyParticipantYES. Little black roofs on the sides of hills and what was open space. I live just outside Gawler, and I agree with “CountryCatkin”, the hills round Gawler are blacker that ever now. One can have a coffee with your neighbor without going outside, just hand the cup out the window. All the houses are crammed in side by side, no place for the children to play, grow some veggies or a garden. All the streets are narrow with no room to park an extra vehicle. I could go on and on about this problem but, enough is enough!
ronlobyParticipantI truly HATE self-service checkouts. More so if they are CARD ONLY.
ronlobyParticipantIf MG was still made in UK it would be safe.
14 December 2023 at 1:15 pm in reply to: New poll results: Our most trusted and least trusted politicians #1822674ronlobyParticipantI don’t trust most pollies as they are only there for their own benefit. Most don’t care about what is going on around them unless it benefits themselves.
ronlobyParticipantIt should be for Diabetic people FIRST others should not be able to access the drug. I think overweight people should use other methods to loose weight not rely on other people’s drugs. Doctors should not be allowed to prescribe the drug to overweight people in the first place.
ronlobyParticipantSupport the team by buying a jersey instead of asking a player for one.
ronlobyParticipantHiding any material prohibited from entering Australia should have a very heavy punishment given to those who do so. Return them back home on the next transport available. Plus a big fine in the thousands of dollars. Some visitors and residents have no regard for a country’s laws.

17 October 2023 at 9:50 am in reply to: Aussies’ love affair with big vehicles causing planning headache #1816368ronlobyParticipantI think most parking areas have shrunk. Especially disabled parking areas in shopping centres.
ronlobyParticipantHow much and how often?
