As a Landlord in NSW & Previous in Tasmania I could not warrant the expense of that kind of upgrade. The Tasmania property was sold due to Crappy Tenants & Real Estate Agent. When you do your Tax and see you made $3000.00 for the year it is not worth the headache. If I had an Investment Property in Victoria I would be listing it Straight away. I would not be waiting on their decision. RUN RUN as fast as you can. The Greens, Wokes & Teals are trying to give more rights to the Tenants than the Landlords, SELL NOW.
