Yes you go into Bunnings and no staff around so much for service and when you do find some one they have to find some one who know something I’m in south Australia ( MODBURY STORE )I returned a top of range OZITO 18vx2 Battery lawn mower only 8 months old I had no receipt and the staff member made comment no receipt no refund he had been working there 12 years when I said need to speak to manager and I am ringing your head office now as Ozito is a BUNNINGS home brand not a brand that can be bought at MITRE 10 or any other hardware store and nationwide policy is basically refund this lawnmower 5ys warranty I was more than happy with exchange the guy was an ( IDIOT ) and he almost shit himself when he learnt I was calling head office not state office in end got exchange 3 months latter I had to return ozito 18v battery i was in mile end district went to that store had receipt on my phone I played dumb and it didn’t matter to girl in tool shop as that is where battery are kept looked at manufacturing date only 18months old gave me a new battery a refund exchange as proof so MORAL of story is staff are good and bad Bunnings have a good culture and some staff are over zealous in in there responsibilities to do right thing by there employer in this case staff didn’t realize reason why Bunnings successful is the return policy I like Bunnings and have about 8 Bunnings stores that are within my travel circle that I shop in

Cash should always be available if the credit cards don’t work because of the internet goes down and it has in the past how do you buy food, petrol, medicine, no one is going to supply without payment how do we sell our homewares stuff on market place, or gumtree If I go into a place and they don’t accept cash I boycott them and have now started going to bank withdrawing cash and now make all payments in folding money whether it be post office paying bills, car reg, etc down side is I get my receipts put them into a plastic sleeve envelope and keep for month unless it is say a television or a large ticket item I them scan details into computer and the paper info goes into a expanding yearly tax filing box

I plan to live and enjoy what time i have left as my children would want me to not saying that we cant help them if needed I paid for my daughter solar panels and will be offering them to pay batteries that being said they will get whatever is left as i have bought my burial plot and my super currently returns over $50 k a year so i would imagine they will get some where in the vicinity of over a million in assets the cash is going into trust account and when my granddaughters the youngest reaches 40 yrs of age it will then be divided that way they work for a living and if they struggle then that be it
