    leftover fish pie, add to pot with either some miso or veg. stock, add onion, you have fish soup or chowder, instant an easy for lunches.
    Leftover vegs, or meat, or prawns chop and add to instant noodles…
    I add leftover salads, meats, vegs to crock pot and add either barley, or chickpeas or lentils to make a hearty soup.
    Leftover scones, slice and add cheese, top with cheese, into oven, makes great accompaniment to soups or casseroles..
    Leftover potatoes, chop and fry, add to scrambled egg, can add cheese on top makes like a frittata..
