Whether we’ve done it ourselves or taken our children, sitting on Santa’s knee and telling him what you want for Christmas is very much part of the festivities. So imagine the disappointment a nine-year-old boy felt when he was told he was too fat to enjoy such a special moment.
After telling Santa his wishes for what he would like to see under the tree, Anthony Mayse of Rutherford, North Carlolina was fat-shamed when the rather rude and grumpy Father Christmas told the boy to “Lay off the hamburgers and French fries.”
Understandably, Anthony is refusing to ever sit on Santa’s lap again.
