Most of us like to look our best in photos for driving licences and passports but 34-year-old Marcus Bowring thought it was the perfect way to legitimise his ‘beliefs’.
With those who had boldly gone before him having their photos disallowed, Mr Bowring thought that the addition of a pasta strainer would see his Victorian driving licence knocked back. But no – it was issued, pasta strainer and all!
