Lawyer Rick Mitry speaks with host John Deeks and YourLifeChoices writer Brad Lockyer about the class action launched against the federal government on behalf of older Australians with a disability.
The action is on behalf of Australians aged over 65 who have a disability but are excluded from the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Mr Mitry says the exclusion breaches constitutional and human rights and needs to change.
