Catching a fish and cutting it up into sashimi on the spot has always been close to the top of my bucket list, and I finally ticked it off in north-east Arnhem land, with this prized Spanish Mackerel.
Technically, Bill caught the fish, and we were lucky to have a chef on board the boat to do the slicing when Bill hauled in the big catch – but I reckon the moment still counts for my bucket list.
