The 2014/2015 Travel Website Consumer Recommendation and Loyalty Study assessed six of Australia’s major flight websites – Virgin Australia, Qantas, Flight Centre, Webjet, AirAsia and Jetstar. Virgin Australia beat its competitors hands down, leading the categories of overall value, ease of navigation, and customer service and support.
More than 2000 Australians were canvassed by Engaged Marketing and also had the highest positive brand association, with 78 per cent of respondents giving the airline their tick of approval.
Three other brands, Qantas, Flight Centre and AirAsia, were not too far behind Virgin Australia.
